Research policy form and rate filing records
Public access to policy, form and rate filing records
General information
A policy, form or rate filing is open for inspection weekdays between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. provided the Department has completed its review of the filing.
Filings may be copied at a cost of 25 cents per impression.
The Department does not retain filings for foreign insurance companies beyond three years. Domestic insurance company filings are kept perpetually.
Request to the Department
A person may request copies of the filings from the Department. A request must include a description of what you are looking for.
The Department will assist with simple searches. More involved searches should be done in person or referred to a private vendor.
