General filing requirements
North Dakota is a prior approval state for the filing of policy, forms and rates. The general filing requirements and guidelines for both hard copy filings and electronic filings (SERFF) can be found in Bulletin 98-1 issued May 23, 1998. The forms referred to in this bulletin have been updated. Please refer to Bulletin 2003-6 dated 12/17/03.
