Biennial reports

According to state law, a state agency is required to prepare a Biennial Report and submit it to the Governor and Secretary of State. The Biennial Report is due by Dec. 1 each year after the regular session of the Legislative Assembly and contains information covering the operations of the Insurance Department for the two preceding fiscal years. The Biennial Report contains the financial condition of insurance companies and an activity report of the Insurance Department.
