Hamm conveys premium increase offers to Blue Cross Blue Shield Posted on 2/20/2009
BISMARCK, N.D.-North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Adam Hamm announced today that the Insurance Department has conveyed premium increases that would meet the Commissioner's approval for group, individual (Bank Depositor) and non-group student policies to Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota. This would resolve the three disputed rate requests.
The Department is awaiting a response from the company.
