The Securities and Insurance Licensing Association (SILA) 2007 Warren E. Spruill Regulator Recognition was presented on Sunday, August 19 to Laurie Wolf. She is the Director of Agent Licensing and Investigations for the North Dakota Insurance Department. Laurie is also Chair of the NAIC Producer Licensing Working Group.
