Insurance Premium Reduction
The North Dakota Highway Patrol, as directed by N.D.C.C. Chapter 26.1-25-04.1 and Article 38-08 of the North Dakota Administrative Rules, is authorized to approve courses which would qualify an individual for insurance premium reductions.
A sponsoring agency which proposes to offer a motor vehicle accident
prevention course to the public, qualifying for an insurance premium reduction,
shall submit a completed application to the superintendent of the North
Dakota Highway Patrol. Form (SFN 12382)
The courses listed below have been approved by the superintendent of the
North Dakota Highway Patrol. Each course must be renewed and reapproved
every two years.
