Commercial Driver Training
The Superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol is responsible for
the regulation of commercial driver training schools and instructors. Chapter
39-25 of the North Dakota Century Code (NDCC) gives the Superintendent
of the Highway Patrol authority to adopt and prescribe regulations concerning
the administration and enforcement of this chapter as are necessary to protect
the public. Administrative Rules for Commercial Driver Training are included
in Article
38-07 of the North Dakota Administrative Code.
