Patch Request

Thank you for your inquiry for a North Dakota Highway Patrol shoulder patch. The North Dakota Highway Patrol is affiliated with the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of North Dakota. The profits from the sale of the NDHP shoulder patches are used to grant the wishes of young children under the age of 18 who have life-threatening illnesses.

NDHP shoulder patches can be obtained by sending your request to Ileen Silvernagel, North Dakota Highway Patrol, 600 East Boulevard Avenue Dept 504, Bismarck, ND 58505-0420. Check or money order MUST be made payable to Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Dakota or they will be returned. Checks or money orders submitted from foreign countries must be payable in U.S. funds. Also include a self-addressed, stamped legal size envelope.

The prices of the shoulder patches are as follows:

Regular Shoulder Patch--$5.00 ($3.00 of this amount is tax deductible)
Small Shoulder Patch--$3.00 ($2 of this amount is tax deductible)
