Permit requests can be e-mailed to epermits@nd.gov.  Information in the e-mail should include company name, contact person, telephone number, and requested permit type.  During regular business hours, a permits representative will normally contact you within 60 minutes of receiving your e-mail. 

You may also complete one of the permit applications listed below, and email it to epermits@nd.gov as an attachment.  A permits representative will contact you for payment.

NOTE:  Permit requests for oversize movements cannot exceed:

• 18 feet in width;
• 15 feet 6 inches in height;
• 200 feet in length;
• 150,000 pounds GVW on a truck-tractor semitrailer combination; or
• 114,800 pounds GVW on special mobile equipment.
