Colonel James Prochniak, superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol, announces that Trooper Timothy W. Peterson graduated from the Highway Patrol Academy on June 24, 2010.  Trooper Peterson has been assigned to the Highway Patrol’s Southeast Region and will be stationed at Lisbon.  Trooper Peterson has completed 25 weeks of academic training at the North Dakota Highway Patrol Academy in Bismarck.  Upon arriving at his assigned post, Trooper Peterson will begin eight weeks of field training which will conclude the end of August.

Trooper Peterson graduated from North Dakota State University with a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice.
