Colonel James Prochniak, superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol, announces that Trooper Matthew J. Peschong graduated from the Highway Patrol Academy on June 24, 2010. Trooper Peschong has been assigned to the Highway Patrol’s Northeast Region and will be stationed at Grafton. Trooper Peschong has completed 25 weeks of academic training at the North Dakota Highway Patrol Academy in Bismarck. Upon arriving at his assigned post, Trooper Peschong will begin eight weeks of field training which will conclude the end of August.
Trooper Peschong graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Moorhead, with an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
