Colonel James Prochniak, superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol, announces that Trooper Jonathan O. Skalicky graduated from the Highway Patrol Academy on June 24, 2010.  Trooper Skalicky has been assigned to the Highway Patrol’s Southeast Region and will be stationed at Cooperstown.  Trooper Skalicky has completed 12 weeks of academic training at the North Dakota Highway Patrol Academy in Bismarck.  Upon arriving at his assigned post, Trooper Skalicky will begin eight weeks of field training which will conclude the end of August.

Trooper Skalicky graduated from Minot State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
