Colonel James Prochniak, superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol, announces that Trooper Erik J. Klein graduated from the Highway Patrol Academy on June 24, 2010.  Trooper Klein has been assigned to the Highway Patrol’s Northwest Region and will be stationed at Watford City.  Trooper Klein has completed 25 weeks of academic training at the North Dakota Highway Patrol Academy in Bismarck.  Upon arriving at his assigned post, Trooper Klein will begin eight weeks of field training which will conclude the end of August.

Trooper Klein attended Minot State University.
