Colonel James Prochniak, superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol, announces that Trooper Dennis C. Gallagher graduated from the Highway Patrol Academy on June 24, 2010.  Trooper Gallagher has been assigned to Highway Patrol Headquarters in Bismarck as a trooper as well as the department’s pilot.  Trooper Gallagher has completed 25 weeks of academic training at the North Dakota Highway Patrol Academy in Bismarck.  Upon arriving at his assigned post, Trooper Gallagher will begin eight weeks of field training which will conclude the end of August.

Trooper Gallagher graduated from Southeast Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation.
