Colonel James Prochniak, superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol, announces the retirement of Trooper John Marshall.  Effective April 30, 2011, Trooper John Marshall retired as a sworn officer from the North Dakota Highway Patrol after 32 years of service with the North Dakota Highway Patrol and the North Dakota Department of Transportation.
