Colonel James Prochniak, superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol, announces that Trooper Robert J. Moyle graduated from the Highway Patrol Academy on June 24, 2010.  Trooper Moyle has been assigned to the Highway Patrol’s Southwest Region and will be stationed at Hazen.  Trooper Moyle has completed 25 weeks of academic training at the North Dakota Highway Patrol Academy in Bismarck.  Upon arriving at his assigned post, Trooper Moyle will begin eight weeks of field training which will conclude the end of August.

Mlynar graduated from the Highway Patrol Academy on June 24, 2010.  Trooper Mlynar has been assigned to the Highway Patrol’s Northwest Region and will be stationed at Williston.  Trooper Mlynar has completed 25 weeks of academic training at the North Dakota Highway Patrol Academy in Bismarck.  Upon arriving at his assigned post, Trooper Mlynar will begin eight weeks of field training which will conclude the end of August.
