Required Employment Posters
Instructions for accessing the posters on this page.
There are nine State and Federal posters (plus an amendment to the FMLA poster) that North Dakota employers are required to post in an area or areas readily accessible to all employees. All nine posters, plus one additional optional poster and the FMLA amendment posting, are available free of charge via the links below or by contacting the respective issuing agencies. Please note that the ND Department of
Labor does not send solicitations or charge for posters. Employers are not required to purchase posters through any
private company to be in compliance with the posting requirements.
*Applies only to employers who are legally required to provide unemployment insurance and those employers who have
voluntarily chosen to provide unemployment insurance to their employees.
**Public sector employers are not obligated to post the Employee Polygraph Protection Act Poster or the OSHA You
Have a Right to a Safe and Healthful Workplace Poster. (Please note that a separate OSHA poster, the Federal Agency
Poster, must be posted by federal government employers.)
