The majority of the forms and publications offered on the Department of Labor's web site have been formatted as PDF files and can only be viewed by using a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

or publications you are interested in.

A Note About Fillable Forms
Most of the forms used by the department are available on this web site in "fillable" format. This means that you can view them, type information directly into them, and then print them for signature. Please note that information typed into a fillable form will be lost when the document is closed. Therefore, you are advised to fully complete the form and print it before closing.
