As part of the SQL Server 2012 Upgrade project, WMS has been modified to use a new web service to interface with the Customer Feedback Management System (CFMS) application. CFMS maintains the customer survey information for the WMS and ITSM applications. When a service request is completed in WMS, the WMS application interfaces with the CFMS application to get a survey key; the survey key is encrypted and appended to the bottom of the email notification sent to the customer.
