Generic service requests will no longer require customers to select a service group destination prior to submittal. Instead, Generic service requests will now be routed to the ITD Service Desk who will review and transfer them to the proper destination.
Generic service requests that are internal to an agency will be unchanged; if the agency has internal service groups, customers will continue to select an internal service group destination prior to submittal.
