Generic Service Requests, Open Work Orders For Possible Closure Report
Generic service requests may now optionally be routed to ITD Accounting when customers have requested changes that involve billing.
For Generic service requests that need to be routed to ITD Accounting, ITD Processors will set the "Service Area to forward request to" field to "Accounting" and select the "Work Complete" button. For Generic service requests that do not need to be routed to ITD Accounting, ITD Processors will select the "Complete" button.
For Generic service requests that involve billing, customers will now receive two emails: 1) a "Work Completed" email (indicating the work requested by the customer has been done), 2) a "Completed" email (indicating the billing work has been done). For Generic service requests that do not involve billing, customers will continue to receive only the "Completed" email (indicating the work requested by the customer has been done).
Generic service requests that are internal to an agency will not have this functionality, and will be unchanged.
For the "Open Work Orders for Possible Closure" excel report, an additional column of "WO Created Date" has been added.
