The Virtual Private Network (VPN) service request has a new format designed around Juniper SSL and Netmotion VPN. The service request has new Connection Type field selections of Netmotion and SSL; the previous selections of Non-billable, Primary, and Secondary have been deactivated. The service request also has a new User Account Type field. Previously, the service request format was designed around Cisco VPN which has been deactivated.
