Contractors will now additionally be allowed to be in a) zero service groups, b) multiple service groups. Previously, contractors were required to be in one (and only one) service group.
Contractor information will continue to be sent to EmpCenter for 90 days after termination, in case amendments are needed. Previously, contractor information was only sent for 30 days.
