Email/IM/RightFax/Quota Service Requests

Non-ITD Users: 
  • For Email/IM/RightFax/Quota service requests, the "Charge Code" field will no longer be required for non-ITD users when requesting to "Add Instant Messaging".  Previously the edit message "Charge Code is required" was displayed.
