ITD service groups will now be required to be assigned a CFMS Email address. The CFMS email addresses will be used by the Customer Feedback Management System (CFMS), which maintains the customer survey information for the WMS and ITSM applications.
The functionality to edit a task on the ITD Maintenance "Edit Task: Service Request" page has been restored. Previously, an error message of "Task already exists" was always displayed. The error was introduced with the deployment on March 20, 2007.
