On the "Main Menu" page, the "Contact Summary" link will now be displayed to Department 112.x users with a contact type of Director, Lead Request Manager, and Request Manager. Previously, the link was only available to Department 112.0 and 112.1 users with these contact types. The "Contact Summary" page displays a summary of a contact's open work items and their department setup.

The Forms Management Program is responsible for maintaining quality state forms. This includes maintaining the state form numbering system, maintaining design standards for state forms quality, designing forms that meet the needs of our customers, eliminating duplicate and bootleg forms, and reviewing and analyzing all forms used in state government.
