For the "SD Division Performance Measure" report, an additional search field of "Service Group" has been added to allow ITD users to generate the performance measures for a single service group. When the "Service Group" field is left blank, the report will generate the performance measures for all service groups. An additional column has been added to the report to display the responsible service group.
