For the Work Queue "Process Service Requests" and "Process Service Requests - SWDev General Header" sections, if a service request is in "Assigned" status but does not have any open assignments, the status will be displayed with an asterisk (i.e., "Assigned*"). This will allow processors to easily see which service requests still need to be assigned out or completed.
