For ConnectND User ID service requests, the "Add to PeopleSoft" and "Delete From PeopleSoft" links have been modified to use PeopleTools version 8.5. Previously, PeopleTools version 8.49 was used. This upgrade will be transparent to ITD Security processors; no changes in functionality will be noticeable.
ITD Security processors will now be correctly returned to the "Work Queue" page when they complete a ConnectND User ID service request. Previously in certain situations, an unable-to-process page was displayed. The error was introduced with the deployment on December 8, 2009.
