The survey feature in the Work Management System has been enhanced to allow for multiple surveys per service request. ITD processors will now be able to select additional individuals to receive a survey (optional), in addition to the service request requestor. When the service request is work completed or completed, an email notification containing a link to an online survey will be sent to each additional individual as well as the requestor. The survey questions can be answered in seconds, and will provide customers with the opportunity to comment on Courtesy and Professionalism, Skills and Knowledge, Quality of Work, Timeliness of Work, and Overall Experience. The email notification sent upon completion of an internal service request will not include a link to an online survey.
