North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD)The Firewall Access service request has a new format. The service request now includes DNS and IP Address information for both source(s) and destination(s). Previously, the service request was not capturing all of the information needed by ITD processors.
The "Employee Performance Measure" crystal report is now available for ITD. Eligible users can use this report to view completed assignments for a date range for employees in any ITD division. The report is available as both a scheduled batch report and as a generated real time report.
