The email notification sent upon work-completion or completion of a service request will now include the subject line text of "Very Satisfied?" when the email contains a link to an online survey. The survey questions can be answered in seconds, and will provide customers with the opportunity to comment on Courtesy and Professionalism, Skills and Knowledge, Quality of Work, Timeliness of Work, and Overall Experience. The email notification sent upon completion of an internal service request will not have the survey link or the "Very Satisfied?" text.
