The following changes have been implemented for the Cost Estimate process:
When a cost estimate is submitted to an ITD manager for manager approval, only the email notification to the ITD Manager will now be sent. Previously, email notifications were also sent to all ITD users on the notification list.
When an ITD Manager approves a cost estimate and it is submitted to the assignee for approval, email notifications will now be sent to all users on the notification list. Previously, no email notifications were sent.
A cost estimate will remain on the work queue of a user on the notification list until the user selects the "Remove" command. Previously, the cost estimate incorrectly disappeared from the user's work queue when the cost estimate was approved, not approved, or voided.
