ConnectND User ID Service Requests

All Users: 

For ConnectND User ID service requests, a new application of "Enterprise Learning Mgmt" has been added. The ELM application has four environments: Dev, Prod, QA, and Test (not OMB-Reporting).

ITD Users: 

The "SD List of Future Projects" crystal report has been modified:

  • Section B will now display non-standard tasks that are associated to the four standard tasks of "Design-Document Design," "Design-Document Design-Web Designer," "Development-Programming," and "Development-Programming-Web Designer." The four standard tasks will continue to be displayed.
  • Section C will display budget cost estimates voided in the last 12 months, instead of the last 24 months. Budget cost estimates in approval pending status will continue to be displayed.
