For Dial-Up Access, FTP Access, Virtual Private Network (VPN), and Windows Domain User ID service requests, the "User ID" and "User ID to Copy From" fields now have the correct input lengths of 20 characters to match the Active Directory maximum length. Previously, the input lengths were 15 characters.
