For internal service requests that require approval and that have been pre-assigned to an individual (not a service group), users will now be able to successfully approve the service request. Previously, an unable-to-process message was displayed.
The functionality to display information on the "Contact Summary" page has been restored for all contacts. Previously, an unable-to-process page was displayed for contacts with a large number of projects and work orders. The error was introduced with the deployment on October 8, 2009.
