North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD)The "Agency Request Status Totals by Division/Charge Code" and "Agency Request Status Totals by Request Manager" reports are now additionally available as scheduled batch reports. Previously, the reports were only available as generated real time reports.
For the "Agency Billing Reconciliation" report, an additional search field of "Department" has been added to allow ITD users to generate the report for any agency. The search field is not available for non-ITD users, who will only generate the report for their own agency.
