For "Load Test" service requests, the Performance Measures indicator will now default to 'Yes' when an assignment is made from the "Add Assignment" page. Previously, the default was 'No'. The Performance Measures indicator continues to correctly default to 'Yes" when an assignment is made from the "Add Assignment - Self Assign" page.
