For EDMS service requests, a new "Forms Design" type has been added. This type will not route to Accounting. The following EDMS types will continue to be available: Custom Search, Form Conversion, Imaging Template, New Document Class, New Project Estimate, Other, Tech. Analysis/Questions, and User ID Maintenance.
