"Load Test" service requests will now be routed to ITD Accounting:

  • To route a Load Test service request to ITD Accounting, ITD processors will set the "Service Area to forward request to" field to "Accounting" and select the "Work Complete" button. ITD Accounting processors will later select the "Complete" button.
  • For Load Test service requests, customers will now receive two emails: 1) a "Work Completed" email (indicating the work requested by the customer has been done), 2) a "Completed" email (indicating the billing work has been done).
