The "Obj Doc" button will now be displayed on all service requests. ITD users will (optionally) select this button to add object documentation to a service request. Previously, the "Obj Doc" button was only displayed on Software Dev/GIS/PM/QA service requests.
The "Obj Doc" button will now be displayed to ITD non-processors for service requests that are in Submitted or Assigned status; the button will continue to be displayed to ITD non-processors for service requests that are in Completed or Withdrawn status.
