The "SD Service Area Analysis" crystal report is now available for the ITD Software Development Division. Eligible users can use this report to view actual hours charged to every department by service area, or to every service area by department. The report can be run to include information for all service groups, or for a single service group. The report is available as both a scheduled batch report and as a generated real time report.
