North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD)The department name of the service request requestor will now be sent to the Customer Feedback Management System (CFMS) when a service request is completed. Previously, the department acronym was being sent. The CFMS application maintains the customer survey information for the WMS and ITSM applications.
