End User and Supervisor contact types will now be able to perform searches on the "Search Work Orders" page. Previously, an unable-to-process message was displayed. The error was introduced with the deployment on February 10, 2009.
Request Manager and Lead Request Manager contact types will now be able to see work orders waiting approval in their work queues. Previously, this information was missing. The error was introduced with the deployment on February 10, 2009.
