North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD)For all service request types except "Software Dev/GIS/PM/QA", the "Responsible" field will display "Service Desk - 701-328-4470 / 800-837-9807." "Software Dev/GIS/PM/QA" service requests will display either a team name or an individual name. Customers should direct all service request inquiries to the indicated entity.
