The software development service request has been renamed to "Software Dev/GIS/PM/QA" to indicate it should be used when requesting "Quality Assurance" services from ITD. It should continue to be used when requesting "Software Development", "GIS", and "Project Management" services.
- Service requests that have the "Quality Assurance" service group as responsible will be assigned Team 'Q' in the DELA TIME System.
- For the "Software Dev/GIS/PM/QA" service request:
- A new Request Category of "Quality Assurance" will now be available.
- A new Service Area of "Quality Assurance" will now be available.
