ITD Desktop Service Requests, Storage Service Requests
Non-ITD users will no longer be able to submit "ITD Desktop" and "Storage" service requests. The "General Server" service request should be submitted instead.
On the "Search General Headers for Time Entry" page, users will now be able to search and enter time through the end of the month in which a general header service request is completed. Previously, time could no longer be charged to a general header service request once it was completed.
