Problem Logs, Internal Network and Telecommunication Service Requests
When an assignee selects to send a Problem Log back to the initiator for retest, the email notification will now contain the phrase 'Document number x has been SUBMITTED FOR RETEST'. Previously the email notification contained the phrase 'Document number x has been SUBMITTED' which did not accurately reflect that an action needed to be taken by the initiator.
For Internal "Network" and "Telecommunications" service requests, processors will now be able to complete the service request. Previously, processors were receiving the message "Service area to forward request to must be Accounting."
