All Users:

When a service request is returned to the requestor with comments and later the service request is withdrawn or completed, the earlier "Returned" comments will no longer be carried forward into the "Withdrawn" and "Completed" comments in the service request status history.

ITD Admin Users:

When a WMS batch report abends, the auto-generated email message will now be sent to ITSM to create an incident. Previously, the auto-generated email message was sent to Heat to create an incident.
