For "Web Changes" service requests, ITD processors will now receive an "Add Assignment - Self Assign" page when the "Self Assign" link is selected from the Work Queue.  ITD processors will be able to set the Task Estimated Hours, Assignment Estimated Hours, and Assignment Estimated Completion Date from this page.  Previously, ITD processors had to edit the Task Hours and perform an Assignment Change Request to set this information.
